Frank Coffee Scrub | Beauty

I'm sure most of you have heard about Frank, this little kinky body scrub can be found all over social media these days. But for those of you who haven't heard, Frank is a coffee scrub made with all natural ingredients such as coffee, sweet almond oil, orange oil, etc. It is said to be able to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and cellulite, which lets face it the majority of us women don't like.

I bought Frank, the original one, about 6 months ago online from their website (here), at the price of €14.95. It took about a week to arrive in the post and when I opened the box it gave me a good chuckle.
The packaging is so kinky saying things like, tear my top off, get naked, talk dirty to me and much much more haha.

It comes in a 200mg bag which is brown paper on the outside and plastic on the inside and it is re-sealable too. The smell over powered the room, a rich smell of coffee with a zesty smell of oranges, I'm not gonna lie it made me drool a little and the first thought that sprung to my mind was Terrys Chocolate Orange.

Frank is a dry scrub so keep in mind that there is going to be ALOT of mess so I advise you use it while standing in a tub.
It can be applied to wet skin or dry skin for best results and is recommend you leave it on for 5-10 minutes.
What I normally do is hop in the shower, apply the scrub to wet skin as I find it doesn't stick very well to dry skin. Play some music and sing along to two or three songs which wastes about 7-9 minutes and then I rinse it off. It will leave a mess in your shower but nothing a quick rinse down won't fix.

I don't find Frank did very much for my stretch marks or cellulite but I did find it leave my skin ridiculously soft and smelling like a giant orange latte. (yum)

Would I repurchase Frank again? Yes, most definitely. Although I'm not a fan of how much wastage there is when apply so I'll need to figure out a way to combat that. Other than that I love Frank. Honestly I wasn't expecting it to banish my stretch marks or cellulite because to be quite honest I don't think any product on that market is good enough to do that yet!

Have you tried Frank? Do you love it or hate it?

My Tanning Routine | Beauty

My Tanning Routine | Beauty
Cocoa Brown Tan

Evening ladies,

I hope you're all enjoying the gorgeous sunshine us lucky Irish have been getting recently.

Today I wanted to tell you all about my tanning routine, I have been wearing tan religiously recently coming into the summer months.
The tan I use is Cocoa Brown 1 hour mousse tan, I first picked up a sample size of it and loved it the moment I used it!

Before:
Before I apply my tan I shower, I exfoliate my skin using Frank Body Scrub (post to follow) ensuring to get the tough spots like the knees and elbows, any place where the tan might sit unevenly. I make sure to shave before I tan as I don't want to strip the color. So once I have showered, I pat myself dry, lust over the smell of Frank, then proceed to apply my tan.

Application:
I use an tanning mit which I picked up from Penneys for roughly €2, any tanning mit will do the job. Don't forget to shake well before applying it to the mit as it is a mousse.
I start from the bottom and work my way up from my feet, knees, belly, bum, arms, chest and back. You will see an instant color from the beginning of application so you will know where it has already been applied to. Once I make sure that I have no white patches left, I wait about 10 minutes for it to fully dry, apply loose fitted PJ's, (as I always apply my tan at night time) and let the tan do its job.
In the morning when I'm looking nice and brown I hop in the shower and wash the color guard off to reveal a gorgeous bronze tan, then I'm ready to go show it off to everyone.

Simples.

I cannot rave enough about Cocoa Brown and how amazing it makes me feel. I am ever so thankful to Marissa Carter for creating this wonderful product and keeping all us girls bronzed all year round for an unbelievable price of just €7.99

Kylie Jenners Hair | Celebrity

Oh my.... Can we all just hold up a minute and admire Kylies hair?
I love it so much, I'm all for crazy hair colours, so I seriously cannot get over how much I love this on Kylie.

She has rocked so many different hair colors in the past couple of months, from black to grey to blue but is now currently rocking all over turquoise blue. I definitely prefer her hair longer, I think it frames her face better.

Which has been your favorite look?
Mine would have to be the long blue/black hair.
Hair goals.. haha

Skincare Routine 2015 | Beauty

Skincare Routine 2015 | Beauty
Hello loves, I have finally gotten round to updating my skincare routine, it's been over a year since I have done a post on my skincare and a lot of things have changed.

Morning:
I don't like to use a facial cleanser in the mornings, I prefer to just use a toner and moisturizer, then continue with my make-up routine.

  • The toner I use in the morning is the Lush Tea Tree Toner then on top of that I use the L'Oreal Skin Perfection Moisturizer.

Skincare Routine

Night:
The night time is where I do a full skin care routine.

  • I will start off by taking my make-up off using Simple Eye Make-up Remover and Simple Make-up Wipes to remove the majority of my make-up, then I will go in with the Garnier Micellar water on a cotton pad and wipe that all over my face to remove any make-up that the wipes may have missed.

  • I then use my cleanser which is currently Lush Let The Good Times Roll facial cleanser which smells likes cookie dough, it smells so good I could eat it. Once a week I will use Lush Mask Of Magnaminty, which is great if you're having a breakout it heals it up almost straight away when paired with Lush Tea Tree Toner.

  • After I have the cleanser and mask removed I will use L'Oreal Velvety Soft Toner. For night time moisturizer I use L'Oreal Triple Active Night cream and Benefits It's Potent Eye Cream.

What products do you recommend I add to my skincare routine?

Beauty Things I Suck At | Beauty

Beauty Things I Suck At | Beauty
Good evening lovelies,

I'm just going to be real here and say that I don't practice what I preach. I'm definitely a lazy person and as much as I love beauty all of these things seem like a chore to me.

1. Taking off my make-up before I get into bed
I can't even count how many times I will sleep with my make-up on, yes I know how awful it is and I shouldn't do it but come on 99% of the female population has done it at least once. But in saying this every time I do it I always wake up with spots the next day.. Karma is a bitch.

2. Washing my make-up brushes
Pfft..... This one....
I bought MAC's brush cleaner to use as a spot cleaner for my brushes so now that I use that I actually forget to deep clean them but somehow Netflix seems more appealing, Gossip Girl? Yes please.

3. Throwing out my mascara after the 6 month mark
I didn't even know this was a rule until I went to college. Seriously though, how many of you throw yours out after 6 months? I certainly don't. If I pay €30 for a mascara I'm going to make sure I get my moneys worth out of it.

4. Keeping my nails painted
This is the biggest chore of all time. I paint them and two minutes later they chip and I have to redo them. NO. And I can't afford to get my nails done every couple of weeks so I'm just going to flaunt my naked nails. lol.

5. Tidying my make-up away after use
Like I said I'm a lazy girl so my theory is if I leave it out then I don't have to take it out tomorrow to use it again? Get me? I obviously put the caps back on everything but I never seem to just put them back into there drawers..

So I hope you're not judging me right now.
Tell me the beauty thing you suck at in the comments below.

Thank you for reading.

Love,
Louise xo

My Current Playlist #1 | Lifestyle

My Current Playlist #1 | Lifestyle
Good evening you wonderful people.
I am starting a new series on my channel where once a month I am going to post my current go to music playlist. I have asked numerous people on Twitter if they have any music posts and not many people do. So here is my one....

I'm the type of girl that will listen to any type of music, I don't have a favorite genre. So this is basically going to be a mixture of hip-hop, rap, reggae, pop, country, house and who knows what else. Some old songs, some new songs, some popular and some not.

1. Merry Go Round - Kacey Musgraves.

2. Riptide - Vance Joy (FlicFlac Remix)

3. Three Little Birds - Bob Marley
This is my happy song.

4. How To Save  A Life - The Fray (Jiggers Remix)

5. Say Something - Karen Harding (Zac Samuel Remix)

6. Dear No One - Tori Kelly

7. Love Me Like You Do - Ellie Goulding

8. Wake Up - Wiz Khalifa

9. Only Prettier - Miranda Lambert

10. Dancing - Aaron Smith (KRONO Remix)

I hope you enjoyed this playlist, I look forward to making one every month!
Thank you for reading!
